What is included in the cost of booking a desk in a shared space?

When you book, you get a fully equipped desk with a monitor and access to all the amenities in the space – lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea and water. Of course, high-speed internet is included so you can work without interruption. You’ve got all this to get you in the working mood from minute one.

What is included when booking the conference room?

The conference room can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a monitor, access to a relaxation area and a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea and water. If required we can provide additional equipment such as multimedia, flipchart etc – at an additional cost. Let us know what you need so we can organise everything in advance.

How can I make a booking?

For hourly desk, office or room bookings – you can use the online booking form on the website. If you’re interested in a longer term hire or have more specific requirements, send an enquiry via the contact form or call us directly. We will be happy to help and offer you the most suitable solution.

How far in advance do I need to book?


Make your booking at the latest 24 hours before your desired start time. This allows us to prepare the space according to your needs.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes – free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the booking, via email. For later cancellations, 50% of the service will be charged.

How is payment made?

All services are paid by bank transfer. You will receive an email with the necessary information as soon as you make the reservation.

What is the deadline for payment?

Once you receive the email with the bank transfer details, you will have 4 hours to make the payment. Once it is received by us, you will receive a final confirmation and the booking will be active.
